Who  may avail:

        1.)   A registered  concessionaire  of  Talibon   Water  District;

        2.)  Concessionaires with big bill/consumption due to  pipe leakage;

        3.)  Concessionaires  whose materials needed for  new connection, repair & extension of connection line  in the
               residence will  be  provided by the  Water District, on account;

        4.)  A new concessionaire who newly  stayed/live and  assumed the  arrearages left  by a certain  occupants of the
              building.

                       Note:Only request filed in the Water District Office will be facilitated.
